iDocIt! should be built and tested every night. Implement a nightly build!

Steps / Hints:
- Evaluate usage of Jenkins within Google App Engine.
- Export Ant Build Script for Plugins

I just finished the Hudson configuration. Now we have a running and documented 
headless build :).
