Multiple Addressees, roles and grids can be added with the same name

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.1 Open the iDocIt! Pref Page for Addressees, Thematic Roles or Thematic Grids
1.2 Add a new item to the list, click on the new item and change the name
1.3 Click again on "Add item", select the new item and change the name to the 
same
1.4 Click on the last new item in the list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The last new item should be selected in the list and it's data should be 
displayed on the right. But the first inserted item are selected in the list 
and the data of the second is displayed on the right. Furthermore, an 
exclamation message should shown to the user, that it is not allowed to have 
the same name twice.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
2.1 Open the iDocIt! Pref Page for Addressees, Thematic Roles or Thematic Grids
2.2 Select an item in the list
2.3 Rename the item to a name, which is already used

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be shown an exclamation message that the same name can not be used 
twice, but the program accepts the same names.
