Remove HTML decoding after parsing Javadoc #92

After parsing the Javadoc and creating the Documentation objects the whole 
documentation text is decoded again. Due to the using the EntityResolver while 
parsing the Javadoc texts, the HTML entities are already decoded. Therefore it 
is useless to do it again.
