Texyla Nette example refactored for Nette 2.0.1 #22

Temp folder for .js changed. To make it work - just create these folders: Texyla\Examples\Nette\temp Texyla\Examples\Nette\log Texyla\Examples\Nette\document_root\webtemp Texyla\Examples\Nette\document_root\files

Ted uz na 100% - predtim jsem tam jeste neco drobne upravil pred commitem a asi ne moc stastne. Problem jsem objevil az po restartu browseru :(
