Prevent multiple instances #33

Creates a LOCK file in the RocketType folder when the program is opened and deletes the lock file when the program is closed.

A bug that needs a solution is that when the program is closed forcefully, the LOCK file will not be removed. Perhaps we could have a dialogue box warning the user? Up to you.
