Steps 3b2 is not aligned coorectly.

This is problematic as users cannot read the documentation easily.

Team chose to mark this issue as a duplicate of another issue (as explained in the Team's response above)

Reason for disagreement: Sure yes, they are both similar issues from use case 1 but they are not the exact same bug.

Fixing the alignment for step 3a in bug 17 will not automatically fix the alignment for step 3b in bug 16. There are separate lines that both need to add their own individual break statements to be fixed. These are bugs that must be fixed independently.

Thus, these are not duplicate issues.
