Support for drop copy (drop with CTRL key pressed) #477

Please I need to differentiate between a simple Drag & Drop and Drag & Drop 
with CTRL key pressed to implement copy action, instead of move action.

(I found that dynatree-drop-marker.dynatree-drop-copy in ui.dynatree.css, but 
it is not used.)

you could store the click event information in the drag start event, and then 
call copyNode or moveNode on drop.
