Could not checkout with the error "the URL...does not exist #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just use the TortoiseSVN tool to check out the lastest code

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.10

Please provide any additional information below.

Checkout from http://uu-cope.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/uu-cope-read-only, 
revision HEAD, Fully recursive, Externals included
URL 'http://uu-cope.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/uu-cope-read-only' doesn't exist

Sorry ,my mistake.

It did not work well in Windows.

But it works well in Ubuntu.

How to run cope-tcpap.tcl complete ? I recive error message cope-tcpap.tcl 
can't call COPE.
