The xy readout was too large, in quarter workPane the readout overlap over the new sprite buttons.
Set xy readout width correctly, indeed asking to morph extent does not always return the right value as long as the morph is not yet in screen.
But then another problem occurs, the library pane overlaps on the xy readout, more strangely this problem only occurs when in full screen mode, hard to track the origin but related to rectangular damaged area.
