corrected ports-path and added missing pyload.conf

Is touching the pyload.conf really neccessary?

Without this config file in place, service pyload start failed to start pyload. (Tested in FreeBSD 10 Jail.)

Anyway, it might be more useful to point to pyload -s instead, as this way the user is asked to configure all the basics.
