No it does not. You can find all the information in the READMEs

To add to that: This repo contains the code for the paper Accelerating Detection of Lung Pathologies with Explainable Ultrasound Image Analysis. The paper you mentioned was done by other authors; however, they are using our dataset. If you want to use the dataset, you can find it in the data folder in this repository (and following the instructions in the readme).
