Thanks a lot for the PR @lingyigt looks great, only some small changes required before we can merge, see the comments!
Thanks for the comments!
Hi @lingyigt any update on this?
Thanks for following up. All suggested updates have been made except for the meta data table. Hopefully it will be done by this weekend. Thanks!

Hi @jannisborn , I've added one column at the end of the dataset_metadata.csv. Please check and let me know if anything else is needed. Thanks!
Great job, thanks a lot! At this point, I think we can delete the PULSE Lab Repository/POCUSdataset.png screenshot, right? You have the data listed in the README and highlighted in the .csv
so no need to keep the image.
Then we can merge :)

Thanks and my pleasure! I just deleted the 'PULSE Lab Repository/POCUSdataset.png' file. Let me know if anything else is needed. Thanks!
This pull request introduces a new folder titled "PULSE Lab Repository" to the repository. This new folder includes a README.md file that gives a detailed description of the simulated dataset as well as ground truth labels for some of the POCUS datasets described in the paper “Detection of COVID-19 features in lung ultrasound images using deep neural networks.” Communications Medicine, 2024. https://www.nature.com/articles/s43856-024-00463-5.
The README.md file in the main directory was also updated to reflect this change.
Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions. Thanks!
Best, Lingyi
