Added data-url image and grabbing cursors to improve presentation on non-Mac devices (previously the icon was a blank box in Windows due to a missing Unicode character).
Put the icon in the CSS to facilitate easier future edits.
Duck punched Gruntfile to prevent gzip reporting from breaking Grunt tasks. This might be a Windows-only issue.
Upped semver by 0.0.1. Current version reflects 0.3.1.
