Create Lovelace dashboards #20

I still want to utilize the Lovelace dashboards.

One for the Alarmpanel (maybe replaced with the Floorplan). And one as an admin panel for various settings.

As I see no real use in that right now, I will skip this one. This might be handy later if I want to protect some views but this is not worth it, yet.
