Downloaded demos may be incomplete #61

In rare occasions, demo files are not completely downloaded without an error being thrown.

This has never occurred again and with https://github.com/Cludch/csgo-tools/commit/acbbed5a45b0bda7538a18e3e9b5cad415c58a54 I have implemented a further check, whether the game has finished.
