cant edit cookies

What steps will reproduce the problem?

it should open up a small window to edit but now it doesn't

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

fire cookie 1.2.1/////windows 7 ultimate

it was working fine with windows XP but not with windows 7 ,thanks for help
