Cookies->Tools->Show All Cookies... doesn't open!!!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable All Panels for a web site and load the page.
2. Go to Firebug Cookies tab where I can see all the cookie information.
3. Clicking Tools->Show All Cookies... or Tools->Web Sites Permissions... no 
longer does anything!  Nothing pops up.
(Tools->Help & Tools->About... still work.)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Firecookie is near useless for me for web development unless I can open the all 
cookies dialog and easily delete cookies for a certain domain that I type in!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox 9.0.1
Firebug 1.9.0
Firecookie 1.4b2

Fix works for me on Firefox 10.0.2 with Firebux 1.9.1.
