Why is the 'value' url decoded? #35

I don't think there's any need to url decode the 'raw data' to convert it
to the 'value', in fact it is incorrect.

Love the tool though!

This is just to make the text more readable in the UI.

And since somebody is interested to see even the original text - there is also 
tab
with raw data.

I don't think this is a bug so, marking as WontFix.
But let me know if you don't agree.
