Sort by Expire Date

Currently, sorting cookies by date doesn't work due to the date format
chosen - it sorts by weekday name (Friday) then month name.

Changing the date format to something like "2009-01-23 14:23:34" would fix
this, as well as taking up less space in an already crowded table.

Will be available in Firecookie 0.9

The format (based on the current Firefox locale) is preserved, but the column is
sorted correctly.
