Firecookie incompatible with Firefox 3.5.1 #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to install Firecookie 0.9b1 from
http://www.softwareishard.com/blog/firecookie/
2. Firefox says that the plugin is incompatible with this Firefox version

Please provide any additional information below.
Firefox 3.5.1
Firebug 1.4.1
