Plus sign (+) removed from cookie value #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new cookie with value "X+Y" (or edit existing cookie with plus sign 
in its value)
2. Save cookie

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is value being saved as "X+Y"
Actual output is value being saved as "X Y"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firecookie: 1.1b2
Firebug: 1.5.4
OS: Arch Linux x86_64

Seems to be the same as issue 45 ... which was fixed, although I still see this 
in Firebug 1.6.0 / Firecookie 1.1.1.

Any update about this issue? because I have installed Firecookie v1.4b2 but I 
have problems setting a cookie that contains the + (plus) sign, Firecookie is 
replacing it with a blank space.
The Raw Data is correct (with the + sign), but the final Value not.

Please try Firecookie 1.4 and let me know if the problem is still there.
