Error "TabhWatcher is not defined" on every page #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on a link (going to a URL directly won't generate the error).
2. The error "TabWatcher is not defined" appears in the JavaScript Console, and 
the source file is chrome://firecookie/content/fireCookie.js

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
: There should be no error message

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
: Using Firecookie 1.1b9 with Firebug 1.7X.0a11 and 4.0b11. Perhaps the fact 
that I'm using FF4 beta might be causing this?
