Support for Firebug 1.7

Currently Firecookie does not support 1.7a11.  Actually, it *seems* to work (it 
shows the cookies, although in a plain list). However, it actually prevents the 
console from working correctly (can't press enter to run a command) and it 
messes with the "activation list" so firebug does not correctly activate.

This is on Firebug 1.7a10 or a11 under Firefox 4.0b11 on Mac OS X.

That fixes it..
* activation list work
* pressing "enter" on cli works
* cookie list displays correctly
* enabling firecookie when disabled correctly works.
