Version 1.2: TabWatcher is undefined.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. Install Firephp and Firecookie
 2. Use Firephp on a server which produces firephp headers
 3. Firebug console will not show firephp messages

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 I expected Firephp and Firecookie to get along. Prior 
 to v1.2 no problems. Upgraded, broke. No more output
 in the console from firephp.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

 1.2, previous worked with Firephp. Win7

Please provide any additional information below.

 I think this is about summed up. Disabling the firecookie
 extension caused the firephp messages to show up again.

I get the same issue. I upgraded firecookie today and it doesn't play nicely 
with firephp and you don't even need to use a site with firephp lib in use, for 
example google.com. Disabling either one will work fine. Having both enabled 
and refreshing a page with firebug opened will immediately close and disable 
firebug.

Additionally I get in console: FIREBUG WARNING: TypeError: TabWatcher is 
undefined

Also the Cookies Tab looks messed up, attached a screenshot (I am using a Nasa 
Night Launch theme)

What version of Firebug, Firefox?

Same issue here, too.
Debian Firefox (Iceweasel) 3.6.13
FireBug 1.6.2

Also, console gets filled with the following message if FireCookie is enabled:
FIREBUG WARNING: TypeError: TabWatcher is undefined

i have only firebug and firecookie installed and i get the same error. windows 
7, firefox 3.6.15, firebug 1.6.2
