Implement various new waveform models

Here are reported a few new kinds of signals, together with the main issues in implementing them

• [ ] DWD (frequency vector management);
• [ ] NSWD (eccentricity: non-monotonic $t(f)$);
• [ ] EMRIs and IMRIs (eccentricity?);
• [ ] QNMs (?)
