Address API not documented in `docs/api.js` #367

IMO the content in /docs/api.js is pretty self-explanatory and human readable, though admittedly it is more data-oriented and actually designed to support the page at https://bitcoinexplorer.org/api/docs. I don't plan to make any change here.
