Scroll Plugin Line Animation #1011

​I need to animate a line between my two texts on wordpress elementor & when the line move everything should be stop. Can you tell me this plugin can do it on scroll or not? If yes please tell me how? I just need to animate line till my centered text everything should be pause while its scrolling Horizontally on scroll from left/right to center after it next section should be come up.
