How to use ScrollMagic on Wordpress site? #501

Hi! I'm a website designer and I develop websites by Wordpress. I want to make more scrolling animation on my Wordpress site. I cannot write it from zero by Javascript and Css. So I found this plugin, ScrollMagic, could do that perfectly. But, how to make scrolling animation by ScrollMagic on Wordpress site? I can't even install this jQuery plugin on Wordpress. I want to make the animation on my site like the example below: scrollmagic.io/examples/expert/bezier_path_animation.html
