RTL grabber doesn't work for RTL channels #14

Most of the channels do not work anymore with the RTL grabber since they changed their interface. The new interface looks promising, bt isn't implemented in the grabber yet. For now. use one of the other grabbers.

Has been fixed in 1.6.0
