This adds the ability to add virtual print outs to your camera view.

A Preview button is added to each item in the print queue, which will add a resizable and removable version to the main area.

These previews are added to the list of programs to render, so show up on the projector.

Useful for working away from home!

I actually got it with a full pdf preview, but the pdf viewer added a lot of other crap so it wouldn't scale properly.
