Add configuration to run on mybinder.org #2

https://mybinder.org/ is a free resource for running temporary custom compute environments with Jupyter.

This PR adds the configuration files to allow this repository to be run

Btw, I'm adding a small README.md file within the binder/ directory, I hope it doesn't break the scripts with binder.
