Enabling swipe for touchscreen devices #6

although I'm registering these hooks swipe is not working

For now I only tested in ionic serve and there swiping works just fine. I will later test on device.

Just tested via Ionic View, swiping worked both on Android and iOS. Only thing missing is some visual feedback while swiping.
