Better logging system #1

Provide alternatives to G4cout and G4cerr that would reflect different logging levels (TRACE, DEBUG, VERBOSE, INFO, WARNING, ERROR, FATAL...). However, check the Geant4 approach first.

Stick to Geant4 default solution.
