Enable parallel worlds in composite geometry #6

It is important because starting with Geant4 10.?, it is possible to construct real geometries with materials using this feature.

One question remains: Why does the presentation about mass layer geometry say that all materials have to be defined in the main geometry?

Add some ordering of layers?

There must be an option to make ALL geometries parallel.

Something like component/allParallel true
