required folders are not in git #101

Some folders like gen/json gen/html are required on runtime are not in git.

(e.g. in the server project and in the process project, possibly also in other places)
include them in the repository
check if still needed or not required anymore

just delete rests of static html generation and maybe clarify external files folder config. besides this only a tmp folder (using the system default value) is needed atm
