Create Mutliple Blog Instances #69

Hi there,

Is it possible to make multiple blog instance with different rules?

As it stands now, when I make a second blog, the tags transfer over. I would like to be able to have separate tags for a second blog. I would also like for my second blog to order the posts in ascending order instead of descending.
