Update: Safari currently behaves a little different from Chrome and FireFox when it comes to the »tabs«-permission.

Now, I am not sure whether it still makes sense to publish the extension, or we should rather wait for Safari Web Extensions to settle in a bit, and have their internal behavior updated...
