Maybe you want to put in a disclaimer that you work for Microsoft, but this is not to say Microsoft events follow all these instructions?
Maybe you want to add a "Swag" item to the event's items? Swag can sometimes assume abilities, or reinforce stereotypes, like bottle openers for developer events.
Maybe you want to add "Networking"? Like, some conferences have apps or ice-breakers to encourage interaction between participants. Also audience participation exercises can go horribly wrong sometimes. Like when everyone is asked to stand up (peeps in a wheelchair), or when there's a "quiz" that only relies on audio, or only on visual clues.
