Add Leacock and Chodorow Measure to CS #18

We could add the Leacock and Chodorow Measure to our portfolio, since it showed good similarity-calucalation-results in https://doi.org/10.4236/jcc.2017.52003

we will use the redefined IC-based algorithm from https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jbi.2011.03.013
