Use Bower for external Javascript libraries #111

Use http://bower.io to manage external JS Libs. Would be easier to install new ones and update existing ones ;)

Hej,

I know about Bower and how awesome it is. I was thinking about making the switch as you suggest. First I'll make sure the core works as intended and then I definitely go ahead and implement these kind of optimizations. I also was thinking of adding Bootstrap instead of waiting for Semantic-ui to reach Beta. :) I thought I'd let you know since you where the one putting me on to Semantic!

I would also suggest to go on bootstrap as it would take a while till semantic reaches beta.
