Fixes #130 #131

Added call to next if app doesn't handle requested url. So returns 404 when an invalid url is requested.

Wow this is exciting stuff Jon! Sorry I've been somewhat slow in responding. I'm having a busy week, but this is excellent work! Thanks so much for taking an interest in the project and taking the time to implement these improvements!

Thanks, I have 2 months or so of basically nothing to do and I need a media centre and xbmc seems a bit old and clunky, If I'm going down the wrong track let me know :)
