Preserve project sort order when restarting tom-ui #107

My project tree is sorted by name in ascending order: A on top, Z on bottom. When I close and restart tom-ui, it appears sorted by name but in descending order.

It would be great if the ascending / descending aspect of the sort order could also be preserved between restarts.

with the next update sort column and order will be restored for the projects and time entries
