The main use case for editing a time entry is when people forgot to start or stop time tracking at the right time. Then they will often estimate how much time they have to the duration (as in "I forgot to track about 15 minutes."). For that, adjusting the "Duration" column could be more comfortable than doing a calculation in ones head about how to adjust the start or end time.
Options include:
While editing a time entry's start or end time, the Duration column could show a value based on the currently edited start or end time. This helps esp. when adjusting minute values using the keyboard's up / down arrow keys.
The "Duration" column could be directly editable, and the start and end time would be adjusted accordingly when doing so.
