Fix for ./install.sh doxygen issue #52

Adds doxygen config file rexgen/docs/DoxyFile.in. Generated with doxygen -g, then added '.in' extension to filename and set line 35 PROJECT_NAME = "rexgen"

a Doxyfile.in already exists, but has been moved to a different repo. I'll add a check for this
