Add a Node based parser to generate a markdown formatted overview of a users repos.

This one doesn't follow the entire specification, only looking for badges in readme files. But it's really cool to generate an overview to put on a markdown based website.

@HoverBaum I cannot begin to apologize enough. At some point last year my GitHub notifications stopped working, and apparently I've been relying way too much on push notifications instead of checking open PRs.
