What do you want to improve?

Make all the Janus-IDP backend plugins dynamic, and publish the sibling dynamic package (suffixed with -dynamic and containing embedded plugin dependencies) to NPMJS as an additional step.

First round of plugins made dynamic in PR https://github.com/janus-idp/backstage-plugins/pull/910: the ones included in the showcase docker image, + 3Scale.
