Description

Updated scaffolder audit log and permission patches to backstage v1.27.7

Updated by cherry-picking commits in https://github.com/redhat-developer/backstage/pull/1 into the v1.27.7 branch and generating patches with this script.

Removed the patch file for @backstage/plugin-app-backend since v1.27.7 upgrades the dependency to 0.3.67 which has the required changes.
