Description

Adds dynamic wrapper for the MsGraph Plugin

added to InternalPluginsMap

Which issue(s) does this PR fix

Fixes RHIDP-2823

Verify that entities are ingested as expected using the dynamically installed plugin.

How to test changes / Special notes to the reviewer

I've tested and verified that users/groups are being ingested correctly with a personal Azure instance. Also tested and verified functionality of microsoftGraphOrgEntityProviderTransformExtensionPoint with backend module .

Testing requires setting up a MS Entra ID and creating an application with read permissions on reading users/groups.
