Integration with Openshift Logging #500

Make sure that Janus is integrated with OpenShift logging.

User Story

As an administrator of a Janus instance
I want to be able to integrate with OpenShift logging or with Loki
So that I can easily debug Janus instance when something goes wrong.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] When this feature is enabled (env variable/config option) logs are collected by OpenShift Logging or other Loki instance

Openshift Logging is naturally integrated with Janus IDP. Users just need to correctly filter the Kibana report and they will be able to monitor Backstage Backend logs.

Two possible filter are the namespace used by the Janus IDP installation or by image name.
