As an Assemble Platform Engineer I want to be able to store sensitive credentials in a secure vault in order to protect the credentials.

Acceptance:

An instance of the hashicorp vault is running in the cluster as an HA deployment
An argo application to maintain the state of the vault deployment.

How will such sensitive credentials be created using Assemble ?

We will need to update Assemble installation instructions to install and configure Vault
